Our story began with Brad Rehmeyer, a passionate horseman and a dedicated father who wanted to share his love for riding with his children. As his family embraced the joy of western riding events like penning, sorting, reining, and trail riding, Brad faced a challenge: how could he keep his horses comfortable in properly fitted saddles while ensuring his kids felt secure and balanced?
What started as a personal project for his own children quickly turned into something much larger. As friends and fellow horse families expressed their interest in similar solutions, Brad recognized a real need in the equestrian community. He was dissatisfied with the buddy stirrups currently available on the market, as they failed to provide the stability and balance he wanted for young riders.
Determined to create a better option, Brad dedicated himself to perfecting the design, ultimately putting the finishing touches on a product that would not only meet the needs of his family but also enhance the riding experiences of children everywhere. He aimed to ensure that young riders could sit comfortably with their legs positioned beneath them, understanding that a solid start in the saddle is vital for building confidence and skills.
